I found out about Amanda Palmer via her "Map Of Tasmania" song and video. I thought any chick that could make under arm hair sexy while singing the virtues of virtuous vagina was all right with me. Amanda Palmer lives in the same place as my grandmother used to so she gets bonus points. Palmer is not only talented but delightful and very gracious to her fans. In a world where "stars" are autotuned into oblivion and rarely sing live without heavy computerized help, it is so refreshing to see a performer sing with the minimal. Just a voice and a ukulele. Palmer puts many popular artists to shame. Amanda Fucking Palmer after delightfully playing Pan in the park went across the street and did a Podcast benefit for Planned Parenthood.
