Song
Rapture by ILO
This is the sickest dance song but it is the lyrics that are really banging. She makes you want to grab your man and get down on the dance floor.
PYT by Michael Jackson
I was singing this song non-stop last week, so it isn’t just because Michael has died that I added this. This song seems like the classy version of the Halle Berry song by Hurricane Chris.

Movies
Underworld 3- I remember when I went to the theatre to see this movie. The anticipation while I waited for the beginning credits to roll is comparable to the anticipation that I felt when I knew that it was next to come for my Netflix subscription. I couldn’t keep my eyes off of it, which is good for a person that can hardly stay awake during the beginning credits.

Quote of the Week
But I will never stop helping and loving people the way Jesus said to.
Michael Jackson

In My Own Words
As much as I try not to be like everyone else the tragedy that has occurred calls for me to follow the crowd and talk about the death of beloved international pop star Michael Jackson.
When I first heard the news I’ll admit I almost cried. In fact I would have cried had I not been in the cell phone store where I work with a line of customers and a host of co-workers around. I FELT LIKE A FAMILY MEMBER HAD DIED. I was heartbroken, but the thing about it was that many people understood and felt my sorrow. Most of us were raised on Michael Jackson. We’ve all had a bad day and listened to Mike and felt a smile creeping across our faces.
Some of my earliest memories are of Michael Jackson. The first time I remembered being scared was while watching Thriller. While in high school me and my aunt would listen to Michael Jackson while I stayed with her in Ohio during the summer. When people heard Michael Jackson people put their troubles behind them. There were no classes, no sexes, no races. He taught us that it didn’t matter if we were black or white.
And then when I grew one of my boyfriends simply gave me “Butterflies” while another a few years down the line “Rocked my World”. Michael Jackson in many ways became part of our world and in many ways he will be truly missed.
